We have two homes in Eagles Point that are bank foreclosures. 185 Eagles Rest is listed for $259,500 and 241 Eagles Rest is listed for 269,500. These prices are in line or below the other homes in this subdivision. Even though these homes are foreclosures,this particular bank has given us the leeway to finish these homes to the level of the other homes in this subdivision.
