Brunswick Coutny taxes in 2007 were 989 (30.5 per 100 assesed value) and Southport is apprx.544 (.18 per 100 assessed value). I checked the property county records and according to the property value of 302,010 the taxes are 30.5 cents per 100 of value which equal 989.09 with a fire fee of 100.00 yr and city taxes are 18 cents per 100 which equals 543.60 with a total of 1632.69 a yr
