Ted
You need to find a Realtor with whom you can work. This is like walking into an alley blindfolded.
If you would like a referral of a top Realtor in your area, would be honored to help you.
There is a reason there is no contact info. You need to have a REALTOR to help you. It is for your own protection.
Call a licensed Agent in your area. We have access to property information and will be happy to assist you.
My suggestion like many have indicated is to establish a relationship with a Realtor. Why not use a realtor, it does not cost you the buyer anything. It only benefits you to have someone in your corner. I am in San Diego and often have buyers from LA and Orange Counties who move to my territory..San Diego County. If you are a preapproved serious buyer, email me and I would gladly give you a few names of people who I know in your area that would work for you.
As well you could just contact the agent listing the property by either Realtor.com as was suggested, or by driving by and taking the number off the sign/flyer. However, it may make more sense to you to have your own representation.
just to go Realtor.com. below each listing there is the listing office's phone number. if the agent paid for Realtor.com his banners will appear to the right of the listing.
Call a GMAC Real Estate office in your area. They would be on the MLS board and can get info on any property that is on the market.
Ted- Unfortunately El Segundo is not in my area of coverage.
There may be others here on Trulia that can help.

Ted,
If you are looking for public information you can use the county tax accessors web site.

Ted,
It's quite simple. You need a local Realtor who will get the information for you.
Good Luck,
