I need an agent who can help me to buy a home and possible help me with the sale or rental of my current

property. We want to buy before selling/renting using a va loan. I was on the market for 8 months (came off in December) and I am going to re-list but we want to buy now and I need a RELIABLE and DEPENDABLE realtor who will get the job done both with the sale and purcahse. We were not happy with our last representation. We are looking at buying before March. Please don't respond if you are not willing to put in the time and effort to help us and can actively market our home when we re-list.

I am sorry to hear your last Representative did not meet your expectations. I know alot of people have already responded to your post so forgive me if you already have representation. Like an agent stated below, it is important for you to interview a few agents so you can fully understand and comprehend their business plan and marketing strategies. The agent should assist you in pricing your home correctly. Make sure you do not price to sit, but price to sell at current market value. I am very familiar with the Schwenksville area as I live and work in the area. If you are still looking for an agent, I would love meet with you to discuss a new fresh strategy

I can stop by and view your home and also help with some helpful suggestions. Your home needs to get the attention of the buyers. With my advertising and your help, we will have your home sold. I am USAA certified, Cartus Certified, Relocation Specialist, e-Pro and one of the top 3 agents in my office. I just sold 3 of my listings in Dec. and 2 in January. Last year I sold over 4 million in resale properties. I feel my advertising must be working to appeal to the most discriminate of buyers. I am sorry you had such a bad experience with your last real estate agent. You have a few agents who would love to work with you below. You mentioned buying before you sell and was wondering if you had any help obtaining a mortgage as of yet. Everyone's situation is different so I don't know if you are buying cash or if you want to take on paying 2 mortgages.

I think I remember seeing you on here before.

It seems like you have had a series of disappointments. Working with me will be an entirely different experience for you. Here are some things that I will provide for you if we work together:

1. Current references from buyers and sellers who have had less than easy transactions (I never seem to do any easy ones.
2. Experience with VA loans. I am an appraiser on the VA panel, so I understand what the VA looks for when determining value, condition, etc. for lending purposes.
3. Experience as a loan originator who has actually written VA loans. I actually wrote several VA loans prior to June 1, 2008, so I can give you those references as well.
4. Patience and understanding to help you find the home that is right for you on the terms that are right for you.

I am a firm believer that you cannot SELL someone a home. You should be their guide in helping them find the right home. If you listen carefully and provide the buyer with the things that they are truly looking for, you really don't have to SELL anything. But, you CAN be a GREAT BUYER REPRESENTATIVE. That is what I would like to do for you.
