My name is Michael Pavlis. I live in chicago, semi-retired and am looking to move near my pregnant daughter in Bella Vista. I am looking for an inexpensive home for just myself. This hud home 1061583432 (46 Hope) has been on the market for sometime and I noticed a price decrease. Does your office have any more info on this house. I read that it may have a roof problem. What shape is the inside. It would be perfect because it is only 2 miles from my daughter. I'm not looking for a handyman but I can afford some upgrades .
I have plenty of time to shop but need some eyes in Bella Vista to help me. Since I have the time I'am searching for a bargain maybe Hud , Foreclosure or Bank owned. If you can assist me please let me know.
