I love Pasco County because the taxes are lower, the traffic is not as dense and the area is growing with lots of new homes, schools and businesses(and a new mall in Land O'Lakes breaking ground). Hello - I live in California and own rental SFRs in both Trinity and Land O' Lakes. I know the areas well. I recommend you look in Trinity.
