I need a list of single family detached homes in Dublin preferably not too far from the DUblin BART. Also, I

need something that could be negotiated to low $700,000s. Also, the lot size should be 4500 . Are there any homes like this in DUblin?

Yes there are homes that match your criteria. How soon do you need to buy? How much down payment are you comfortable with ? How many homes would you like to have on your daily list. Hi Jo-

There are actually only 3 or 4 homes that meet the criteria you are describing. The big sticking point is the lot size. Most of the newer homes in Dublin around BART range from 2500 to 4200 in lot size. Let me know if I can help out in any other way.
