Wanda,
Emily is right - you need a commercial site for this unless your state has property that is unzoned or unrestricted. We do have unrestricted properties in Texas and I know some other states do, Then you could search your local MLS if you have one. If it does not have a place to indicate you want un-zoned or restricted properties you may need to call your local a Realtor, which we will all tell you to do.
Not all listings are available to you on Loop Net with our a subscription fee or one time search fee, but before paying that see how many are missing, it will tell you. It may not be worth paying.
Ig you do have a local MLS it may have an attached Commercial site.
If you do call a local Realtor - Do call a Realtor- look for that designation - otherwise the local MLS will not be available. Even if the MLS is 100 miles away if there is not a local one there will be some Stafford listings.( forgive me I am not familiar with the size of the area you are in)
Also call a Realtor that has both residential and commercial listings.
I hope this long distance answer helps
