Cant thank you enough for finding us our new home in Florida. Hopefully we get down over the next few months to furnish it. Thanks again for passing on Brian’s number the insurance quote he gave us was almost half of the amount of first quote.

1. Your financial status? You say you are approved? How much are you approved? Who is the lender?
2. Price Range
3. How many bedrooms, baths, location, etc.
4. Timeframe to purchase
5. Short sales with lower prices may take longer to close.
6 What is your date for closing?
7. JUST LOOKING???? or are you a serious buyer?

It sounds like you have been trying to contact the listing agent directly. You need one buyer's agent to help schedule the appointments for several properties with several different agents. They will be able to schedule them in a timely manner and also give you some information on the different areas that you are searching. This way you are dealing with one professional representing your best interests.
