I hope by now you have an answer. For reasons unknown to me your question was just sent to me. A simple answer to your fence question is no, no fences. There is an alternative though. There are numerous areas of Courtyard Villa--2 or 3 bedroom. The courtyard villa is completely enclosed. Some of the Villas have railed fencing and a view, some have complete wall privacy. I happen to live in a walled villa and my husband and I love it. When our grandchildren visit we can just let them run in the back and know they are safe. If you are still looking for a property, my recommendation would to be to concentrate on a Courtyard Villa. Let me know how I can be of any help.

Your only answer is a courtyard villa. No fences allowed in patio villas or houses.
