Broncotodd3, Renter in

I moved into new home prior to closing. Sale fell through due to seller legal issues. How long do I have to find a new place to live?

Only your attorney can answer that for you.
It's either something that was written into your contract, or something you will have to negotiate with the sellers.

You should def speak to your attorney. But I would say you're probably in a situation were either the seller allows you to continue renting until you find a place to go or you have to move out ASAP.

That is a question only an attorney should answer. Especially since nobody knows the language in your sales contract except the parties involved.
