landlord immediately and she sent someone out to spray. It has been 3 weeks and I still am seeing roaches. There are not as many as before but I still see them in my kitchen and bathroom. I am in a lease for another year. What are my legal rights? Can I get out of my lease due to the condition of the apartment?

You should go back to your landlord and have them contact pest control company and let them,
know that you are still having problem if the roach problem was severe usually a follow up is
not unsual. Now if your landlord refuse that is another problem but first have them do a follow up
