I have properties in mass but none in nh. Any thoughts on Merrimack as a town to own investment properties? Is it a reasonably strong rental market? I see lots of townhouses for rent but very few 1 bedrooms. Any thoughts on Webster Green?
Scott I have found that tenants for 1 bedroom units tend to move more frequent than the 2 bedroom units. Turn over could mean lost rent and cleaning or repair costs. Webster Green is a nice complex but the 1 bedroom may be a concern. If you would like some help in finding similar but larger units or have any questions please let me know.
