You would need a work up of your current situation and standings. If you do not qualify at the moment, you may need time to repair your credit and or pay off debt to build your credit score.

Another alternative is using a co-signer or someone you know who will be willing to buy the home and you can rent it from them until a later date when you can buy it back... There are ways to get it done, it just depends on your situation... I'd be happy to help, I work with great lenders... Contact me anytime.

You can use your VA Eligibilty Certificate to buy a home with $0 money down. Since you have a VA Disability you will also qualify to get the VA funding fee waived which is a percentage the VA charges you for getting the loan. They normally finance that on top of the loan amount which in your case like I said it would be waived.

Without checking your credit I of course can not tell you if you qualify for the loan but you are welcome to call me and I would be glad to check it for you. You can reach me at 614-989-4812 or apply online at http://www.samedayloanapprovals.com
