I'm 30 y/o single female looking to by a house. I currently bring home $2400 a month. I found a house I'm

interested in, but it's priced at $13,900 and I'm not sure if I would be able to afford after property taxes are rolled in. Generally property taxes run 2.8782. My only other bills are a $500 vehicle lone and a $3000 dollar credit card debt. I've been paying more on the vehicle loan and credit card than what' expected. I am anxious to be out on my own, but don't want to not be able to make ends meet on my salary. Does a home purchase seem sensible right now?

Jainola,

Did you mean the house is $139,000? Either way, you may certainly want to get a quick PITI quote from a Realtor or just go straight to a lender and get pre-qualified and they will give you a Truth in Lending and Good Faith Estimate which will give you exactly the information you are looking for here.

God Bless,
Josh
