There is a good chance as long as the appraisal or BPO comes back in that range. Be prepared to wait it out. This can take anywhere from two weeks to two months to get all of that completed. There is nothing short about a short sale.
Once Wells has a contract signed by the buyer and the seller, they will order an appraisal of the property (BPO). If your offer comes in at or higher than the appraised value of the home than more than likely it will be approved. Only way to find out is to try and see what happens.
