begin Two questions I am hoping someone can answer for me: 1- I am a teacher working in NYC, under the GNND program do I have to purchase in my district, burrough, or any revitalized neighborhood in the city; 2- Where can I find information about what homes are available through this program in my area?

To see the list of available homes through this program.

For general info go to Hud.gov
However, if you are looking to purchase in NYC through this program
you will see options are littler to nothing.
If this program does not work for you.There are others that you may want to look into.
Example:
Community workers program/Home first downpayment assistance program or FHA.
If it can be of any help. I would be more than happy to help you find your dream home.
