I'm thinking of buying in Fort Myers area.

I really like the Varsity Lakes subdivision. What other neighborhoods in Lehigh or surrounding areas are comparable?

There are many that are comparable and beautiful in the local area and I could fill the page listing them, but more importantly, what are YOU looking for in a subdivision? Is a clubhouse more important to you with a pool and ammenities?
Would you like to be on a golf coures?
Near shopping?
In a quiet gated community or a bustling family oriented community?
Are school locations important to you?
Where do you work and are you looking to be in close proximity?
I can help you find a community anywhere in the area but it is best to know YOUR WANTS and NEEDS before we start.
If you contact me, I can help you find the community you are looking for customized to fit your needs. I am also a full time Mortgage Broker and I will be able to pre-qualify you for a home loan so that the sellers see that you are qualified and ready to purchase their home. Other neighborhoods you could consider would be Sherwood and Olympia Pointe which are new home communities and they have some fantastic home prices right now. There is always Gateway too where home prices have come down significantly in the past couple of years. Hope that helps!
