I have many single family homes in Naples, and Fort Myers that are right at 100K and ready for you to move in. Beautiful locations, 1500 sq. ft. garage, some with pools, and more. If I may help, please let me know at 239-298-0600. Thank you, Mary

Va,
The North Ft. Myers, Port Charlotte, and North Port areas have some very nice opportunities that are a true reflection of the current market. You might be surprised at what is available. We would be happy to provide additional information at your request. Hello -
there are two major places, one is the City of Cape Coral, the other Lehigh Acres, which are within a 30 minute drive of Fort Myers and have houses plenty available. Cape Coral has more restrictions as Lehigh Acres, if you should own a truck etc. Lehigh Acres is County, Cape Coral is a city. Your taxes will be different too. If you have more questions, please call Rose @ 239-368-6160, www.rosewack.com Tue Mar 11 2008, 13:59 Web Reference: http://www.rosewack.com

Another area that might be right on your edge of your 30 minute drive might be the Punta Gorda area. If you got any questions or need some houses to look at, I would glad to search and screen them and sent them to you over the internet

Lehigh Acres or Cape Coral......you can also find something in Fort Myers but probably not as "nice".
Make sure that you have fire hydrants close by in the Cape or Lehigh though.....if not insurance will skyrocket and you will be in line for possible future assesments. Tue Jan 8 2008, 06:04 Web Reference: http://www.Bonita-Estero-RealEstate.com
