Vincent,
My primary market area for over 25 years is Ewing, but more important I have been a Ewing resident for over 30 years, both of my Daughters attended the Ewing Schools and graduated from Ewing High School. I also have a Grandson who is currently in the the Ewing School System. Your price range is very broad, I think what needs to be decided is what type of home are you looking for. If what you want is an older, charming home then the Glendale area would fit that need. If you are looking for a younger neighborhood as far as style of home, then there is an area off of Ewingville Road that would fit that need, Cape Cod Style homes are in the Hillwood Manor & Wynnewood Manor section of Ewing. Our Township offers many styles and price ranges to choose from and with todays low interest rates I am sure you would be able to find one that fits your needs.

Vincent,

I suggest that you investigate the NJ Smart Start Program which, if you and the home qualify could provide you with up to a 4% grant. This can be used for closing costs or deposit. You need to be a 1st time home buyer.

Vincent, There are many areas of Ewing which will work for you in your price range. Currently, I have 6 listings between 200K-300K, all in perfect condition, in wonderful neighborhoods and priced to sell. I would be pleased to show you these particular homes as well as any others currently onthe market that suit your needs. Please either email me or give me a call to discuss the particular attributes you are looking for in a home. It might also interest you to know that all of the homes in Ewing qualify for the NJ Smart Start Mortgage Program for first homebuyers. This program allows for up to $10K in grant money from the State of NJ to be used toward closing cost, down payment, etc. I would be pleased to discuss this option as well. Have a good day, Sue DeHaven, Weidel Realtors, 609-737-1500 ext.231 or my cell 609-468-3899

The mountain view section of Ewing is pretty much the nicest (also most expensive) You may have a difficult time finding homes there at the low end of your search and you may have to negotiate (quite a bit ) to get into the top end but this is definitely the nicest. Sends to the Lore school for elementary and many clients I have sold in this area have been happy (most discriminating opt for private schools or move to neighboring Hopewell as a result)
