It's hard to say but common sense tells you that a builder who is extremely cheap, builds at night (in the dark where they can't see very well), can have a home built in a month or two (too quick if you ask me,) and the list goes on, might not have the best houses. My opinion is that they are building either A. The next big insurance claim, or b the next rental neighborhood. Yeah they are big and pretty but think it over very carefully. Also if your realtor is pushing you in that direction, and hard, know that Crown gives a substantial bonus to the agents regardless of whether they say they do or not. It was funny, all of the realtors here in the beginning were very skeptical of Crown and now that the bonuses have started coming in they are singing their praises.
