I'm looking to move to Minot in August. What is available with a large manufacture home on acreage?

Actually, I have a listing about 3.5 miles north of the city limits. This hobby farm has 14.2 acres, a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath, 32'X68' manufactured home, and a 40'X60' barn. You can check this property out with MLS# 20122872.

We have just listed our home. It is not a manufactured home, but a ranch house on a basement. We have two acres, and it's just one mile out of the city. Here's more information...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bMiHLrROgXE

Where is this property located? My husband and I are looking for houses in the SE part of the city.

My question to you is why a mobile home. Our winters are harsh here and they really take a beating. you can look for a single family home with acreage which will retain its value. Even though the land will increase in value, a mobile home loses value each year. And each year that it gets older, the harder to get a loan for it.

Land for mobile homes is very few. You will end up out further from Minot and will either have to put in a well and septic system, depending on the land location. Our rough weather is very hard on mobile homes. There is some land west of Minot and in DesLacs. if you need more info, please contact me.
