I know how difficult it can be to find an honest broker that is good at his/her job. As a former investor I traveled and purchased homes within 3 states (CA, NV & AZ) and was active since my first purchase at age 19 years of age. As a broker today, I always put myself in the shoes of a client. I ask that you give me 3 weeks to help you find the home of your dreams. What I offer my clients are not just the automatic email reports off of the MLS (we all do that) but analysis by me carefully considering the options available on the market tied to the list of "must haves" you shared with me.
