Hi Patricia,

As mentioned by some agents already below. Parkchester doesn't allow dogs in the complex...they clearly have signs when you walk around the area. You may have to consider a pet friendly coop near Parkchester to make this move possible. I have a few listings in mind so please call me so we can discuss further. Best of luck with your plans!

Patricia,

There are some very important necessary steps to take before considering purchasing a home. The first and most important thing to do is get pre-approved by a lender. The more extensive the pre-approval the better of a view you have on what you will qualify for thus allowing to look for properties that directly match your criteria. Take the time and find a serious professional that has been working with home Buyers and let them go over important details of your search. Working with a buyers agent is very important, the agent should be able to give you a market value on homes that you have interest in. Also a buyers agent will be able to negotiate the best price and terms for you so choose wisely. Give me a call today I can go over some more vital information to help you in your search.

Why not consider working with an agent of your own; when purchasing with a mortgage, be aware that a mortgage pre-approval letter is required in order to determine your price range and for any offers to be taken seriously...

Hi Patricia,

As Ms. Caraballo mentioned below, Parkchester does not allow dogs. If you are willing to compromise on that requirement, I know of a property that may suit your needs nicely. If not, you may want to consider a condo elsewhere. There are condos near the 2 & 5 train that are exceptional values and may fit within your monthly price range. The thing about condos is that, in the Bronx, they are few and far between. The Bronx is dominated by co-ops, most of which, unfortunately, are not pet-friendly. If you would like to discuss the matter further, please do not hesitate to let me know. Thanks!

Hi Patricia,

Parkchester has very strict no dogs policy. According to the rules, Parkchester house rules states no cats or dogs. You may want to consider one of the other Coops around Parkchester, they are a bit more open to pets, but there is a weight limit on small pets. Your target price range, falls within the range of 1 bedroom for sale in the area.

I would be glad to discuss your options with you. If you are not working with a buyers agent, please consider doing so, you do not pay a fee unless otherwise agreed to.
