Hey Pat,
I personally live and work in the Gloucester Twp area where Liberty Park is located. Websites provide a good general idea of information but you can contact the local authorities for more specific and localized information. They are great and will be happy to accomodate your questions. The number is 856-228-4000 for the Municipal Hall.

If you have further questions please contact me personally at my number listed 609-868-1171. I'd be happy to help you seek out answers to your questions.

Good luck!
Larry

Pat,

Here's is PNJP's crime reports website: http://www.relocationessentials.com/aff/prunewjersey/tools/c…
Punch in the zip code 08012 or any other zip that you are interested in and it will break down the crime stats by burglary, homicide, dmv, rape, etc. there is also other valuable information such as cost of living, school links, etc.

Good luck.

Hello Pat,

The law prohibits us from telling you whether an area is "bad" or not. However you may find this site useful http://www.state.nj.us/njsp/info/reg_sexoffend.html Liberty Park is in Blackwood which falls under Gloucester Twp. They are a couple active listings there each with some long days on market. I'm familiar with the area and can provide you with so more detailed info that can greatly assist you in your home search. You can call me anytime direct. My contact info is below.

Best Regards,

Pat,

The best way to obtain this information is to get in touch with the local police department or county sheriff's department. They have access to the most current and accurate information and are generally willing to be helpful.

Good luck,
