FIRST ANSWER

Canterbury Crossing on Route 37 in Holbrook is a nice complex. All of the units are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Monthly fee is $200 and small pets are OK. There is currently 1 unit for sale for $179,900. 2 units sold in March for $163,000 and $165,000.
