I have a great safe condo on the Quincy/Braintree area with easy access to the highways.
Give me a call if you would like to make an appointment for a showing. 781-264-2194.

An agent should provide you with resources so you can make a decision on what what area is best for your home search.

The links below are a good place to start:

http://homefacts.com - provides statistics regarding demographics, crime, enviromental, etc

Another great resource is the Town's local public safety office.

2. http://www.braintreepd.org/awareness.html
3. http://www.weymouth.ma.us/police/index.asp?id=1269

Good luck!

Canterbury Crossing on Route 37 in Holbrook is a nice complex. All of the units are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Monthly fee is $200 and small pets are OK. There is currently 1 unit for sale for $179,900. 2 units sold in March for $163,000 and $165,000.

If you'd like more info, let me know.
