If you are willing to consider rent with option in Clintondale NY which is actually in Highland at the intersection of 44/55 and South Street then I have a listing which you may qualify for. It's a two bedroom, one and one half bath appprox 1100 sq.ft. which would rent for $1200 and the current asking price os $120,000. A portion of the rent would apply to the down payment.
