The best way to help you find a home is to know what your price range it -- basically, what can your monthly budget afford? There are many sellers open to helping someone with renting/leasing to own.

Drop me an email with what you require in the home (# bedrooms, etc) and I can send you a list of homes -- no obligation.

Thanks, Nadine

we cant define good neighborhoos without violating the law. Talk to a local agent that can give you resources to draw your own conclusions
