I have a great listing in Laguna Niguel that has it all. Original owners have taken great care of this home and it has a large lot, quiet location and close to Irvine. Go to the link below for the virtual tour. The home is priced at $749,000 and I would help with some costs. If this home is not for you I have others on my website you might like and you can search mls by map which helps locate areas close to where you want to be.

We all have our favorite locations for houses. I have lived in South Orange County since the early 70's so I know where the older houses are. As you have noticed, the older areas have larger lots but some communities haven't been taken care of, so you have to know where to look.
You can sign up on my web site and search all the cities from L.A. to San Clememte for what ever you want. This will give you updates each morning for any changes in price or new listings. Good luck and have fun shopping. Valorie

Lots of good choices in central Orange County. Orange, Tustin, North Tustin, maybe even Costa Mesa or Huntington. Depends some on what you consider a large lot. Schools may be a factor too depending on your family.

I grew up in Orange County and have sold homes in every corner. We'll find you something.

When you’re ready, check in with me to find out about my buyer rebate program. I’ve given back hundreds of thousands of dollars in commission rebates the past few years. I've got dozens of satisfied clients who would be happy to give me a recommendation.

Sounds a lot like North Tustin, Cowan Heights area could be a great starting point for you. A quick check of TheOCmls.com shows 26 such homes in North Tustin alone. Some of the lots are around 1/2 an acre which is very substantial for southern California and Orange County.

You can view the homes yourself at http://www.TheOCmls.com and set up a search of homes that appeal to you. You can also call me at 714-349-5454 and I can explain how our Buyer's program works.

Welcome to Orange County and good luck in your home search!

Hi,

If you are looking for historical homes. Floral Park in Santa Ana is a good place to be. It's a very well-known neighborhood and about 10 minutes commute to Irvine. Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
