I'm looking for a good roofer who can get me an estimate on any needed work on an older Craftsman style home

(possible home purchase).

Hello, I would like to recommend a Roofing Company who we have consulted and used over the years, Bob Piva Roofing. I felt they were honest and reliable. He doesn't try to talk you into what you don't really need, prices seemed very reasonable, and he guarantees the work. We have used/consulted him about 2 homes here in San Diego.

IN LOOKING FOR A ROOFER YOU CAN SEEK THE ADVICE OF YOUR REALTOR FOR A ROOFER WHO IS KNOWN TO HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION. MOST REALTORS WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH SEVERAL NAMES FOR ANY NEEDED SERVICES. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO ALWAYS CHECK THE CURRENT STATUS OF LICENSE AND INSURANCE PRIOR TO SELECTING ANY ROOFER TO COME TO YOUR PROPERTY. YOU CAN CHECK THIS WITH THE STATE CONTRACTOR LICENSE BOARD FOR CURRENT INFORMATION, VIOLATIONS, RESTRICTIONS ECT. TO MAKE A INFORMED DECISION ON A QUALIFIED ROOFER.
