I'm looking for a foreclosure or short sale for a condo or townhouse in Studio City or the Los Feliz area.
I've been searching websites online and haven't been able to find that many great deals. Can someone help me or lead me in the right direction as I am a first time home buyer?

You should find a good Realtor (buyer agent) who is familiar with your area To help you. Buyer agents have access to the most accurate information about available properties, and the service is generally at no additional cost to you. The process of buying a home is complex, and the short sale/foreclosure market can be even more complex. In fact, you may find a better deal in the "ordinary" market. Best of luck!
