I'm looking for a condo in the Atlantic Highlands/Highlands NJ area. What are the HOA fees around there?

FIRST ANSWER
Eastpoint, the large condo on the Highlands hill which has a fantastic view of the ocean, has monthly fees of about $400+ per month. In my opinion, it is well worth it because it is the best one in the area. You can always visit most condo websites which will also tell you of what the monthly HOA fees are.
