VJ, Home Buyer in 10001

I'm looking for a buyer's broker

Asked by VJ, 10001 Wed Mar 31, 2010

I'm wondering if any experienced buyer's brokers for the Westchester and Fairfield counties are interested in a different compensation arrangement.
a. We would pay them
- a mutually agreed per hour fee for their time in showing me houses
- AND an agreed amount if I close on the house that I purchase.
b. In return, they would credit us back the buying broker's fee on the house that I buy in the purchase price.

We are in the market for a 2 - 3mm house in either Westchester or Fairfield counties and looking to buy this summer. Hopefully such an arrangement would be mutually beneficial.

I'm really interested in how this worked out. There are many positive elements to your arrangement. I'd love it if you gave me a ring or email.

Best,

Scott

I would be willing to do this. You can look at my profile on trulia or go to my company website for more information on my experience. I would charge a very reasonable hourly fee and bonus. Company website http://www.ppgrealtors.com. Or call me and lets see if we are a match. 860.459.7253

Sure. The credit may be negotiated with the owner as a price reduction.

Average arrangement:
$250 per hour balance due weekly with a minimum of 2 hours per showing, inspection, closing, town hall research and/or other meeting as deemed necessary. Office time/phone calls $150 per hour. Closing bonus is half a percent of the closing price due at closing.

Call Joe Abreu at 203.757.7202 so I may assign an agent that will be available.
