I'm looking for a Realtor who specializes in out of state moves?
I'm moving from OH to KY. I currently don't have a job there but I have a house there that i'm already approved in Ohio for but I can't get the loan till I get the job. Any advice

Chad you need to find a job with the income to qualify you for the loan. They still are not giving loans on the promise that you will find something. Good Luck with your job search.

Sounds like a "Catch 22"..........
Most area newspapers are accessable on the internet and allow access to the classified pages. This may be a good place to begin.
