I would goto http://www.coldwellbanker.com and click on find a sales associate contact them and ask them to email you listings of those type of properties in the areas you want and with the criteria you want.Search their profiles and find one that specializes in these types of properties I would help you out but I am in Akron Ohio,I can refer an agent to you also if you dont want to go it alone.Thanks
