Then all you have to do is input the community name and you’ll be looking at all properties currently for sale in the particular development/subdivision. Don't worry about the other fields if you don't want to.

My suggestion would be that you narrow it down a little by inputting price range and property style, but don’t narrow it too much to start with because then you might get no results.

After you find some properties that you’ll like to view in person, you may contact me or any other Realtor and give them the MLS number and they’ll set appointments for you to look at the properties. If you would rather get general info on the properties, you may also ask any Realtor and they should be able to assist you.

Before using a particular agent, please interview a few and work with the one that you think understands your needs and goals better. Also make sure they can help you with all your questions in a timely manner and that they have the tools and knowledge to help you make an informed decision.
