My years of experience in real estate have kept me mindful of how daunting a prospect buying/renting a house can be. In fact, one of my main goals in becoming a Realtor® was to ease this process, and my many satisfied customers are testament to how hard I’ve worked in achieving this. That’s why I’m willing to do what it takes to make sure you buy the right home to rent out.I’d like to set up a time to speak or meet with you to briefly discuss the wealth of tools we can apply to buying the right investment property so its profitably. We have many inquiries for rental properties in Pike county. Most of my renters are looking in the range of $700 - $1200 per month. My office handles rentals & I would be happy to discuss the terms with you if you wish to call me, Kathleen Frye at 570-828-6769 X317.

We get quite a bit of traffic from both landlords and renters in our office. We don't deal in rentals but provide a courtesy listing in the office for the landlords.
