There are Several right near the water in and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. One example would be The Aqua Towers in downtown long beach. 388/488 E Ocean Blvd 90802. I own a unit there myself. Great for a weekend home. Call me so we can discuss and get your weekend home set up for your enjoyment!

There are several on the market for under $350,000

1) 140 Linden (Lafayette Building)
2) 360 Ocean (Sovereign Building)
3) 455 Ocean (Cooper Arms)
4) 10 Atlantic
5) The Willmore building had one or two avail.
6) 1329 E. 1st St. $199,900 537sqft

1 bed/1bath condo with 685 sq ft interior with a 1 car parking space. The condo has a nice peekaboo view of the ocean from the private balcony.

The oceanfront condo complex is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants on 2nd Street. This unit features a new kitchen with new appliances, new pergo wood flooring, and recessed lighting.

Common areas included with HOA features a jacuzzi and sauna, sun deck, garden, dining areas, club house, fire pits and multiple barbeques. It's close to all major freeways. Again the condo comes with 1 secured parking space. It also has a large garage storage locker, and a secure bike storage room. HOA: $280 monthly

*****3939 Quincy Avenue: Asking price: $299,900

There are condos in that price range on Ocean Blvd.The units that I see ranged from 700sq ft.-1000 sq ft. So you are in luck with that. Do you have an agent or broker that you are working with?

There are plenty of condo properties available under your budget, so hopefully you can just beat out the competition and get into the RIGHT property for you! I am including a link to search by map, so you can see each of the properties and their proximity to the beach. Check it out here:

How important is parking to you? At the top of your price list you could find some condos with parking. At tje lower end will be the ones without parking. There are some great historic (1920s) highrises with relatively low hoa fees and great features (elegant lobbies with concierge, rooftop sunroom / penthouse open to all residents...) but either no parking, or a waitlist for parking that takes months....

Yes, You can get a small condo in Long Beach near the water for 350K or less.

Since this would be a weekend home, you may want to look at one bedrooms.
Cash paying investors favor the two bedrooms, so if you are open to a one bedroom and you need to use financing you will not have too much competition from cash paying investors.

Keep in mind if you are using financing many complexes are not FHA approved.

Hello and the answer to your question is yes. Presently there are 7 condos right by the water or within in one minute to the water for sale with 500 sqft or more of living space and for sale under $350,000. The key to Long Beach condos along the ocean will by your monthly HOA fee. For example the condos along Ocean Blvd will vary between $280 up to $740 per month.
