Linda,
I know this is kind or late though, not to kick any dirt on any of my fellow Realtors®, but there are real estate agents that are not on the ball or ethical. It only takes one real estate agent to give all of us Realtors® a bad name (right up there with the used car salesmen).

If any other home buyers read this, have your agent call the listing broker (manager) and see what is going
on.

On the other hand, it might be that the sign is out dated, agent changed their number and or the sign company put up the wrong yard sign.

Linda, you should have your Realtor® call the listing agents, that's part of our proffession. =)

Linda,
I'm sorry that one agent is more than likely leaving a bad taste in your mouth. Like other before me have stated you definately need to find yourself another agent. regardless if it's the listing agent or your own buyer's agent.
In some cases with the listing agents, they are what I refer to as "listing machines" where they have so many REO properties that getting through to the actual agent is practically impossible- you usually get a recorded message. And as Pat pointed out, if you are really try to use the listing agent pleae reconsider as you definately need to have your own representation- which I have posted on this before.
If you were in court, you certainly wouldn't have the same attorney as the other party would you?

Hope this helps!
Micki

Oh, and I also work in San Bernardino if you want to add me to your list of possible agents to interview. http://www.TheExpertsTeam.com

Hi Linda,
The first thing I would warn you about is using the listing agent as your agent(if that is the agent you are referring to). While it is legal, rarely can they have your best interest in mind when getting paid from the seller.
Regardless, if any agent is not returning your calls, find another. And I'd love the opportunity to be in that line.
I am local to the Inland Empire and hope to hear from you.

Get another realtor. You have no obligation to use the listing agent. You can get your own buyers agent who will probably actually take an interest in working with you.
