First of all, get qualified by a bank or mortgage broker. If you do not have a contact, email me offline Gail@GailGladstone.com and I can refer you to someone who has taken care of non-residents.

After you are pre-approved, align yourself with a Realtor who will represent your interests and not those of the seller and start your search. Be sure to use a Realtor who will provide you with complete procedural consultation. If you need a referral for Niagara Falls, contact me offline: Gail@GailGladstone.com

Hello Zak. Will you have a Green Card? You say funding is no problem, do you plan on paying cash for your home? If you will be obtaining U.S. citizenship the procedure will be the same as for anyone else buying a home. I am in Niagara Falls, feel free to email me if you have specific questions.
