There still are several lenders that will lend to you. I do have one investor that will lend to Norway Citizens up to 70% loan to value but they will only lend in Monroe, Miami Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Most definately. There are many mortgage companies that will lend to foreign nationals, so buying a home in Port St Lucie should be no problem if you need financing!
