Weatherbee Estates: You can get a larger home for the same price than in Wyndham Lakes.

Hi Sal,

Wetherbee Estates is just North of Wyndam Lakes. It was a Maronda built community, a lot of square footage for the money, pretty basic homes without upgrades as standard features. Wyndham Lakes is slightly newer and a little more upscale. Regarding safety etc. that is in the eyes of the beholder. I explain to all of my customers two recommendations regarding those concerns. Drive through the community at various times and see if it is an environment you and your family would be comfortable in. Secondly, check with Orange Cty Sherriff's Dept. regarding crime statistics etc.
