Just following up, did you get the information you were looking for? You made to get a survey done on the property, if you need with that I have a surveyor that has done work Concord for me.

You can request a color coded map that shows easements and sewer lines for your parcel at the local title company office; a small fee may apply. You may be able to do the drawings yourself depending on the scope of your project, or for more complex additions, you may provide the parcel map to an architect of your choice to draw up the site plan for a fee. From there you will need to get City of Concord Planning Approval and satisfy any conditions (if any) prior to receiving a building permit before you can break ground.

If it's a big addition, you'll need planning approval but if it's some what small a building permit will do. Apply to the city! Good Luck!

Hello,

You need to go to the City of Concord's building department:

If you just need a copy of the plat map - to see where your parcel is in relation to neighbors, any Realtor can print one out for you, or check your closing documents from when you purchased the property, it would be in there.
