A, Home Buyer in Little Egg Harbor To...

I'm 53 and looking into homes in NJ adult communities. Must you be exactly 55 to belong? If not, what areas should I look into?

A,

Your choices are limirted at age 53. I am what is referred to as a Seniors Real Estate Special (a sometimes offensive title - I aplogize). 33% of my business is in aiding people like yourself in downsizing.

At age 50, most frequently you can purchase a "new construction", but are limited w/reseales as to the community that allow less than age 55 due to state laws.

If you would like further information, please do not hesitate to contact me direct @ 732.606.2931.

If your household comprises of more than one person, only one person would need to be 55 and older.

Good luck!
