There's plenty of properties in Penns Grove and Paulsboro that may fit your criteria. These areas are still being developed. You can get good rental income there and the taxes are relatively low. Are you looking just in NJ? If not we have some properties in Florida that might interest you as an investment. in expectation of soon to be retiring seniors. Most properties in this price range are condos with condo fees involved, of course, but we might have a few single family homes. However, that would require much more maintenance on your part which would not be convenient from your distance and therefore require property management fees. Good luck.
