With limited or no credit history your options are limited, but with 20 percent down we can still make it work. Give me a call or shoot me an email and we can go over details.

I am actually currently working with another client who is moving to the US and has no credit history here. It took some searching, but I found a great loan for him! It does require 20% down and one US pay stub received prior to closing. Email me at ginalester@ebby.com and I am happy to pass along the lender's name and you can contact him directly!

Call me and we'll see if we can make it work.
I have many international clients and my main lenders are used to working with international clients.
Many lenders promise they can, but often can't at the very last minute.

You will probably need US income, from a job for example, but not always.

Welcome to Frisco! SInce it sounds like you are a bit concerned about being able to qualify for a loan, I would encourage you to start your home search by taking a little time to get pre-qualified with a lender. I use several lenders who are very creative and extremely competitive as well! That way, when you find your perfect home, you will be in a position to move forward with it! If I can be of assistance, you can contact meat 972-365-5215. Good luck in your home search - Gina

Hi,
I am a realtor specialized in international relocation. For the past years, I have been helping people from Mexico, Brazil, Poland and several other countries buy their homes in the United States.
Buying property in a country that is not yours require a lot of learning, understanding and having someone who understands international relocation makes the whole process a lot easier.
I have been in Frisco for 13 years and I really know not only Frisco but its surroundings.
Please feel free to contact me at your convinience, I will be happy to explain the process to you.
Welcome!
