The rental market is pretty tight right now. If you want to be near Mount Snow, I would recommend that you start calling the different real estate offices in that area. Most have a rental arm of sorts or could at least point you towards someone that does. If you have gone that route and still have had no luck, then I suggest you start radiating out from the resort areas. Those usually have a higher demand and higher rents than the surrounding areas. Some owners are also reluctant to rent to long term rentals for fear of missing out on the lucrative vacation rentals.
