Venice is a very "pet friendly". You won't have any problem finding something in your price range that
allows for pets. We have a great dog park, a dog beach, and many outdoor cafes/ restaurants that will allow your dog to accompany you.
People walk their dogs up and down Venice Ave for exercise and they are always welcome at all the festivals & craft shows. In fact, in front of the Coldwell Banker office right on Venice Ave we provide a crisp, cool, clean drink of water for all our furry friends who stop by daily to visit.

If you'd like more pet information or a list of condos in your price range feel free to email me:

Jean, Thats nice to hear about pets. I have a cat.I looked at a condo in Nov. that I loved in Venice Island. The real estate person told me it was not pet friendly, but I could cover my windows with that dark film and no one would know. I am not doing that. We want a pet friendly condo.
I would love some help.

You can see available condos in Venice on my website: http://www.davidbarrhomes.com/venice_condos

You may also want to consider Englewood, just south of Venice. There are a few more choices available there in your price range. Please click this link to view the properties in Englewood: http://mfr.mlxchange.com/DotNet/Pub/EmailView.aspx?r=1970235…

I'd be happy to set up a search profile for you in our MLS, so you can receive email updates for new condo listings that meet your criteria as they come on the market.

There are about 19 condos right now that allow pets within your price range in Venice. What are the max HOA fees you want to pay and are there other amenities that you would be looking for? How many beds and baths? Are you looking for 55+ or not? What is the weight of your pet? Some allow dogs but not cats. Some have weight restrictions for pets. I would be happy to send you some listings to review. You can also search my web site at: http://www.tammyhayes.remax-florida.com/

If I can answer any questions or help you find a condo, please contact me. I am showing condos on Monday in the Venice area.
