Yes, you can absolutely buy a home here. You may have trouble qualifying for a mortgage, but if you pay cash, you can own property, with no restrictions.

We have many investors here in the States world wide. If you require a loan recommend apply with a bank in Russia for loan, obtain a mortgage here in USA can be difficult. but contact a mortgage broker in state where you like to purchase the property.

Yes Vjacheslav, you can purchase a home in the United States. And it is not difficult to get financing if you know where to go. The tough questions are what is your status in the States and are you purchasing the home to occupy or to invest in. There are always good answers if you talk to the right people. I'm avalible to assist you should you be in need of some good answers. Michigansignaturesolutions@comcast.net

Yes you can with cash.

Getting a loan will be tough if you are not a resident and do not have credit.

Good luck.
