How large a place are you looking for? How many bedrooms and baths do you need? How many square feet? Do you have any pets?

There are a few condo communitees you may like. The locations are convenient to shopping and highways. There are many nice communitees between Boca Raton and Boynton Beach (going just north & south of Delray Beach). Most of the units will be short sales which will involve you being patient and waiting for the seller's bank to make up their minds if you make an offer on one of them.

There's Bahia Delray, Belmont, Green Cay, Boca Dunes, Lago del Ray, Murano, Verano, Golfview Harbor.
